Gallery Diwalli Assembly

On Wednesday 19th October, we had a special visit to school from Suki one of our Year 3 children's grandparents who delivered a wonderful assembly on Diwalli for the children. She taught the children all about how Hindus and Sikhs celebrate Diwalli and brought in diva lamps and celebration sweets as well as some traditional celebration clothing which our very own Mr Smith and Mrs Hadden tried on. Some of our Sikh children really enjoyed contributing their experiences and knowledge to the assembly.
