Blue Peter Book Badge

Blue Peter have launched the Blue Peter Book Club. The Blue Peter Book Club is all about sharing the joy of reading!  Each month they’ll talk about a different book from a specified list and find out children’s thoughts on it too.  There’s also lots of fun activities, quizzes and challenges to try.

Children can easily apply for a Blue Peter Book Club badge with the help of their parents/carers. They need to draw a character or a scene from a book they love as well as complete a short series of questions either online or by post, about other books they’ve enjoyed and why.

With a Blue Peter badge (and card) children can get free entry to over 200 attractions around the country, including theme parks, zoos and castles such as The Black Country Museum, Twycross Zoo, Weston Park and Stratford-upon-Avon Butterfly Farm.
