Coronavirus Update
Dear Parents
In these uncertain times everyone’s health and wellbeing is paramount therefore I wanted to inform you of our action plan that will come into force if staff have to self-isolate or if they fall into the governments at risk group.
Step 1
Phase 1, will be to close Early Years (Nursery & Reception) any remaining staff will then be deployed across the school.
Step 2
The next phase to close will be KS1 as well (Year1, Year 2, Reception and Nursery classes will be closed), any remaining staff will then be deployed across the school.
Step 3
The next phase to close will be LKS2 as well (N, R, Y1, Y2, Y3 and Y4 will be closed), any remaining staff deployed across the school
Step 4
Whole school closed to pupils
We are following daily updates from the government and cannot say when this would come into force but we will endeavour to provide you with as much notice as possible. We will use our text message service to inform you of any closures as well as updating the website.
We are currently preparing for any closures and have started to put work for pupils on the school website. Please go to your child’s year group in the learning section of the website. If your child is absent from school already this is where you will find work for them to complete. We will continue to add to this over the coming weeks.
Other measures that have been taken today include

cancelling all visitors to school

extending the isolation period to 14 days including all members of the household
