Frank Chapman Residential Trip 2nd May – 5th May 2023 for year 3, 4 and 5
We currently have 12 pupils signed up for this trip. For the trip to go ahead we need a minimum of 36 pupils, if the trip goes ahead with only 12 pupils’ school still has to pay for the minimum number of 36, we do not have the funds to do this. I have looked at the booking conditions for this trip and at present if we cancel I will have to pay 10% of the total course fee. If I cancel after next week we will have to find 50% of the course fee. School does not have the funds to cover this. We will decide on Wednesday 11th January if this trip will go ahead.
THE DEADLINE FOR SIGNING UP TO THIS TRIP IS TUESDAY 10TH JANUARY.
- Cancellation
Any penalties imposed due to cancellation will be based on agreed minimum paid places x the pupil fee (the cancellation fee).
