Year 4 visit to St Hilda's Church

Year 4 enjoyed a visit to St Hilda’s Church this week as part of their learning about Holy Week. Reverend Jenny brought the story to life by retelling the events, with some children taking on different roles to help act it out. She also explained the traditions of Holy Week and how it is celebrated in the church, which will support the children’s learning back in school.

During the visit, the children also had the opportunity to explore the church and listen to the organ being played, which was a wonderful experience for everyone.
